- If you use SnowMatcher, we collect the answers you provide to generate your recommendations or detailed report.
- If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.
- Our website hosting or security services may log basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser details.
How we use information
We use it to send the newsletter you requested, provide SnowMatcher results or reports you request, respond to messages, and operate and improve the website.
Newsletter email
We use MailerLite to manage newsletter subscriptions and send emails. New subscribers must confirm their signup. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a newsletter. We may retain a minimal record of an unsubscribe so we can respect that choice.
Service providers and other websites
We share information with service providers, including MailerLite and our website host, only as needed to operate the website and provide requested emails or reports. We do not sell newsletter subscribers’ email addresses.
Our pages may link to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Some links may be affiliate links; if you use one, the other site or affiliate network may use its own tracking technology.
